Why do I see a "Windows protected your PC" warning?
If you see a SmartScreen warning when running the CoreSpade installer, don't worry. This is standard behavior for independent software that hasn't yet purchased an expensive corporate "Extended Validation" certificate.
Microsoft shows this generic warning simply because the software is new and hasn't built up a massive download reputation yet. CoreSpade is 100% safe, malware-free, and designed exclusively for poker players.
To bypass the warning: Simply click on "More info" and then select "Run anyway" to install CoreSpade.
Is CoreSpade allowed on poker sites?
Yes.
CoreSpade is fully compliant. It only maps standard hotkeys and manages table layouts.
The software does not perform any automated play, calculate real-time odds, or make decisions on your behalf, which aligns with the Terms of Service of all major poker networks.
To help ensure your account safety, I also include an optional Safety Assistant – a helper tool that automatically closes blacklisted third-party programs (like solvers or equity calculators) as soon as a poker client is detected, helping prevent accidental rule violations.
Why is CoreSpade so affordable?
Because it's built by a poker player, for poker players.
I believe in providing a premium utility at a fair, transparent price without unnecessary overhead. To give you long-term planning security, I guarantee that your subscription price will remain locked for at least the next 3 years. Even after this period, any potential adjustments will be reasonable and will never turn into an aggressive pricing model.
If you appreciate my commitment to quality and my community-first approach, I would be thrilled to welcome you on board!
How does license verification work, and how do I register or request a trial?
Simply enter your email address in the Settings tab inside the app and click "Verify".
If your email is not yet registered, a pending account is automatically created.
To obtain a trial or purchase a full subscription, visit the Subscribe page and choose a plan.
Each license key is tied to one active computer.
To move your license to a new PC, please deactivate it in the app settings first.
If you no longer have access to the old device, contact support for a manual reset.
Why does CoreSpade require administrator privileges?
Many poker clients run with administrator rights by default.
Windows security rules require CoreSpade to have matching or higher privileges to reliably detect, resize, and arrange your table windows, as well as to ensure your hotkeys register instantly and without lag during active play.
How do I backup, export, or import my settings?
All configurations are saved locally.
You can easily export your entire settings profile to a backup file using the "Export Settings" button.
To restore it on any computer, use "Import Settings".
CoreSpade also keeps local backups automatically that you can restore via "Restore Backup".
How do I install updates and manage versions?
CoreSpade checks for updates automatically upon startup.
When a new version is available, you will see a notification in the "Version Management" section of the Settings tab.
Simply click "Install" to upgrade to the latest version automatically.
Can I customize the news feed and RSS sources?
Yes.
In the Settings tab, you can enable or disable pre-configured poker news feeds (such as PokerNews,
Poker.org, Card Player, etc.) or add up to three custom RSS feed URLs to view your favorite feeds
directly in the app dashboard.
Are you adding more features or supporting more poker rooms?
CoreSpade is designed to keep core multi-tabling features rock-solid and lightweight at a fair price.
While my focus is to avoid bloating the software with unnecessary features, I am always open to
feedback.
If you have feature requests or want me to support a specific poker client, please join the CoreSpade
Discord server and let me know.
I review community suggestions and will be glad to integrate new features or poker networks if there is enough demand from my users.
